Hi Willem,

I need to make time to listen to all the podcasts. I just want to respond to your call for comments in the sidebar. I found that I do have some comments that I'd like to add, but I'll relisten and take some notes on the ideas or examples that pique my interest or curiosity. This is really inspired work. Particularly because it is clear that you know what you are talking about, but have retained the freshness of a heuristic engagement with the concepts that enliven your thinking.
