I often venture amongst groups that have difficulty with clearly communicating and/or circle conversations. There is a lot of jockeying for positioning going on and once positioning is achieved they jum into "tell" mode instead of "show".

This happens amongst my "radical anti-authoritarian" friends as well as with some of gaming buddies. It seems like them making sure they are heard in a hostile environment.

Perhaps you know of any games/methods to help out?

I think the way you have tackled this problem works. Atleast it has for me when it comes to talking with folks in my community.

Your work is appreciated.

Willem,

Add the idea/practice of Show Don't Tell to the Tell Your Story, and it seems it would increase the clarity further still. I am loving the recent posts, and they are very timely for me as my partners and I begin to develop a group practice.
